Aegis Ontario methadone clinic

Aegis Ontario, part of the Pinnacle Treatment Centers network, offers drug rehab services in Ontario, California. The center provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT), outpatient programs (OP), and aftercare for young adults, adults, and veterans. Telehealth is available.

At Aegis Ontario, clients are evaluated and assigned to a case management team. Licensed clinicians administer FDA-approved prescriptions, including buprenorphine and methadone to reduce cravings and ease withdrawal symptoms. Clients are supervised during dosing and throughout their treatment to discourage relapse.

In addition to medication management, clients participate in individual and group counseling. Education workshops utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) to build emotional wellness and develop life skills. A peer support group is available, and clients may receive referrals to outside facilities and specialized substance abuse programs.

Aegis Ontario is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).

Aegis Ontario offers self-pay and financing options. The center accepts Medicare and Medicaid and is in-network with BlueCross/BlueShield, Cigna, Health Net, Kaiser Permanente (with referral), Magellan Health, Optum, United Healthcare, TRICARE, TriWest, and the VA.
