Clinic Description
BHG Newport News Treatment Center has been treating opioid use disorder for decades, providing medicated-assisted treatment (MAT). BHG provides MAT with FDA approved medications, such as methadone, buprenorphine, and naltrexone. The treatment process starts with an initial assessment, this is to personalize the treatment to suit the individual specification. The Newport News Methadone Clinic uses MAT treatment through experienced, caring and friendly staff, consisting of doctors, nurses, and counselors.

Peer and family groups are also setups to provide additional support, to enhance the patient’s well-being.
