Alexian Health Clinic

California, Valley Health Center Allexian provides primary, mental and behavioral health care and addiction treatment services for adolescents and adults experiencing homelessness. Operating under Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, their programs include medication assisted treatment, outpatient treatment and aftercare support including specialized services for intravenous drug users, pregnant and postpartum women, members of the LGBTQ+ community, clients with HIV/AIDS and clients with co-occurring addictions and mental health conditions. They’re located in San Jose, California.

Their services help clients medically detox from alcohol, opioids, and other substances. Providers can administer FDA approved methadone, buprenorphine and naltrexone to ease physical withdrawal symptoms and optimize client comfort.

In addition to pain management, providers also offer mental health counseling and social support services to support long term recovery. Maintenance plans are available for clients who require more extensive pharmacotherapy services.
