Ascent Health is an outpatient addiction treatment center that provides medication assisted treatment for opioid use disorder using buprenorphine and naloxone. Located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, this facility treats clients with substance use disorder and co-occurring disorders.

Ascent Health takes a patient-centered approach to addiction recovery, conducting an individual assessment and custom treatment planning for each client. In addition to meds, the intensive outpatient programs consist of individual counseling, group counseling, medication management, mental health care, relapse prevention techniques, coping skills development, and other evidence-based treatment methods. This treatment center also has supportive outpatient treatment which is a less intensive step down from its intensive counterpart.
