Clinic Description
The Bayview Clinic offers alcohol and drug rehab services, which includes opioid recovery, in San Francisco, California. The center provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT), dual diagnosis care, outpatient programs, and aftercare services for young adults and adults. Specialized services are available for children, adolescents, pregnant and postpartum women, the African American community, and justice-involved persons. Services are available in English and Spanish.
At The Bayview Clinic, clients undergo a personalized evaluation and are assigned to a case management team. Clinicians administer FDA-approved prescriptions, including Suboxone, Vivitrol, and Sublocade, to ease withdrawal symptoms and reduce cravings. Additional therapy is provided to discourage relapse.
In addition to medication management, clients participate in individual and group therapy to address co-occurring mental and behavioral health disorders. Peer support and Telehealth are available to promote healthy daily living routines. Clients may be referred to additional substance abuse programs in outside treatment centers.
The Bayview Clinic offers self-pay and financing options. Medicare and Medi-Cal are accepted, and the center is in-network with Anthem Medicaid, Beacon, Magellan Health, and Optum. Please check your insurance provider for coverage and out-of-network benefits.
