Clinic Description

Newark Treatment Center methadone clinics in Delaware provide evidence-based Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and outpatient behavioral health services to people who struggle with substance abuse disorder. Its MAT programs include the provision of methadone and suboxone to curb withdrawal symptoms and cravings. Through its Outpatient Program, Opioid Treatment Program (OTP), Office-Based Opioid Treatment Programs (OBOT), and an Outpatient Program (IOP), Newark Treatment Center helps opioid dependents overcome addiction and rebuild their lives. The methadone clinic Newark de offers behavioral health treatment services with OTP which also includes integrated services, including the Perinatal Program. The OBOT includes personal, group, and family counseling that focuses on substance abuse, mental health, co-occurring disorders, and relapse prevention services. While the IOP helps clients set and work toward their goals for recovery. To be enrolled at Newark Treatment Center patients have to be 18 years of age or older and be addicted to an opioid drug for at least one year.
