CORE Medical Clinic treats clients using methadone as well as buprenorphine, Sublocade, and Vivitrol. This way, clients receive the ideal medication for their needs. The facility also offers a long-term detox care program which brings you to a stabilization dose in the first few weeks, then continues with a stabilized and tapering dosage for a total of 6 months.

This program includes group counseling and individual counseling, select medical services, referrals to additional resources, and discharge planning as well. They also introduce you to the 12 Steps and enroll you in AA or NA. A radio is available for your enjoyment as are movie nights. But no television access is allowed.
