Care Center

The Care Center is a community recovery center located in Louisville, Kentucky. The facility provides outpatient care, partial hospitalization programs (PHP), and intervention services including methadone detox treatment to individuals living with a dual diagnosis and substance dependence. Clients served include adults, veterans, and seniors. The Care Center accepts self-pay options and private insurance.

Outpatient services at the Care Center are comprehensive and community-focused. Individuals needing more robust care will find it through available PHP programs. Group and individual therapy coupled with 12 Step programs like Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and Narcotics Anonymous (NA) allow clients to recover in a safe and supportive environment alongside others who are dedicated to their recovery.

Clients undergoing detox are supported through medication assisted treatment (MAT) using FDA approved medications like methadone. The onsite care center allows individuals going through detox to do so in a safe environment. Individuals who exit detox can transition into the facility’s sober living houses.
