Clinic Description
CBI Community Bridges, located in Phoenix, Arizona, is a drug rehab for opioid recovery. The center offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT), detox, dual diagnosis care, inpatient treatment, an intensive outpatient program (IOP), and aftercare services for young adults and adults. Specialized services are available for adolescents, homeless/indigent persons, American Indian/Alaskan Natives, and veterans.
At CBI Community Bridges’ partner detox centers, clients may walk in for inpatient care. A case management team uses FDA-approved prescriptions to ease withdrawal and chronic pain. Group and individual counseling, peer support, and enrollment in a 12 Step program may also be available to strengthen the client’s transition to sobriety.
In addition to detox, clients may also receive therapy for co-occurring mental and behavioral health disorders in intensive outpatient and inpatient settings. Medication management and holistic treatments are available for substance and alcohol use disorders, trauma and PTSD-affected clients, and crisis interventions. Limited mobile and home health care programs are also available.
CBI Community Bridges is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
CBI Community Bridges offers self-pay and financing options. The center is in-network with Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) Administration, Arizona Complete Health, BlueCross/BlueShield, Magellan Health, Mercy Care, and United Healthcare. Please check with your insurance provider for specific details concerning out of network benefits.
