Clinic Description

Center for Change, in Wichita, Kansas, offers drug rehab services for young adults and adults. The center provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT), outpatient programs, and aftercare.

At Center for Change, clients are evaluated and assigned to a case management team. Clinicians administer methadone, Suboxone, and Subutex to reduce cravings and decrease withdrawal symptoms. Clients may also enroll in a support group and/or start an individualized treatment plan to begin the recovery process.

In addition to medication-assisted treatment, clients undergo individual and group counseling, family therapy, education workshops, life skills development, and evidence-based approaches. Center for Change may refer clients to an outside facility or a specialized treatment program.

Center for Change offers self-pay and financing options. The center does not accept insurance, such as BlueCross/BlueShield, Cigna, or Optum, but does work with Health Savings Accounts (HSA) to reduce costs.
