Central City Health is a CARF and Joint Commission-accredited behavioral community resource in Detroit, Michigan, that provides drug rehab services including detox for teens, adults, seniors, military members, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. The facility provides outpatient care and methadone detox to individuals living with a co-occurring disorder or drug or opioid dependence. They accept self pay options, Medicaid, Medicare and private insurance.
Central City Health offers safe and comprehensive care for individuals who are ready to navigate detox. They provide methadone medication assisted detox, which is an evidence based treatment option that allows those with opioid dependencies to withdraw safely.
