CleanSlate Outpatient Addiction Medicine Milwaukee is a private addiction treatment facility located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This CARF-accredited facility provides drug rehab services including medication detox, outpatient rehab and telehealth services to teens, adults, seniors, service men and women and members of the LGBTQ community who are living with a substance dependence. This facility provides medication assisted treatment (MAT) using FDA approved medications including acamprosate, buprenorphine, naltrexone (Vivitrol) and Suboxone. Clients who undergo MAT receive comprehensive care under the guidance of trained medical professionals. Medical detox combined with medication management allows clients to safely detox without the pain that often accompanies withdrawal.

As clients exit detox, they’ll find additional support through outpatient care. Clients will have the opportunity to build healthy habits to support their continued sobriety.
