Clement J Zablocki Veterans Affairs Medical Center – MAIN is a medical facility that provides drug rehab services to veterans and their family members. This facility is located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and provides detoxification treatment, inpatient care, and outpatient care to young adults, men, women, seniors and service men and women living with an opioid or other substance dependence. Individuals who have an opioid or chemical dependence can find relief through medication assisted treatment (MAT) using FDA approved medications including methadone. This evidence based treatment method allows clients to safely navigate detox under the care of trained medical professionals. As clients exit detox, they will be supported through medication management, counseling services and access to substance addiction education.
As clients navigate detoxification, they can continue building healthy habits through outpatient care. This facility also offers intensive outpatient programs (IOP) and partial hospitalization programs (PHP). Care is tailored to the unique needs of individuals so they can go on to build meaningful and healthy habits for lasting sobriety.
