Community Bridges Central City Addiction Recovery Center offers drug rehab services for opioid recovery in Phoenix, Arizona. The center provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT), detox, inpatient and outpatient care, and aftercare programs for young adults and adults. Specialized services are available for children, adolescents, veterans, gender-specific groups, and homeless/indigent persons.
At Central City Addiction Recovery Center, clients undergo a personalized evaluation and are assigned a case management team. FDA-approved prescriptions, such as methadone, buprenorphine, naltrexone, or disulfiram, may be used to ease withdrawal symptoms and reduce chronic pain. Referrals from outside treatment centers and walk-ins for clients 18 and older are accepted.
Clients in detox receive inpatient care, including counseling, peer support programs, and individual therapy for co-occurring mental and behavioral health disorders. Clients in the outpatient program engage in follow-up exams, family therapy, and education to prevent relapse. Transitional residential housing, supportive housing, and limited mobile services are available within the Community Bridges network. Referrals may be available for specialized substance abuse programs.
