Clinic Description

Community Healthlink on Queen Street is in Worcester, Massachusetts. They operate under UMass Memorial Health and provide behavioral health and addiction recovery services for adults. They specialize in medication-assisted treatment, crisis stabilization, inpatient treatment, outpatient treatment, and aftercare services. Dedicated services are available for clients with co-occurring addictions and mental health disorders. Telehealth appointments are available.

These services are available through their Office Based Addiction Treatment. This program allows clients to safely withdraw from opioids, alcohol, and other substances under medical supervision. As necessary, a multi-disciplinary team of providers can administer FDA-approved addiction medications, including Suboxone, Sublocade, and Vivitrol, to reduce the physical pain of withdrawal symptoms, alleviate cravings, and minimize relapse risk.

In conjunction, they provide an array of inpatient and outpatient programs that span from early intervention and family support to transitional living and recovery coaching. They also operate a mobile unit that can provide crisis stabilization services at personal residences, residential facilities, and other community settings, including emergency departments. Clients participating receive individual and group counseling on an outpatient basis. To provide a complete continuum of care, providers can help clients connect with other services within the hospital, including on-site primary care, recovery coaching, and case management.

They’re in-network with a majority of commercial insurance providers. They also accept Medicare and Medicaid. Check with your provider to verify coverage as out-of-network benefits could vary. They’re accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
