Community Medical Services – Phoenix on Northern, formerly known as Community Medical Services Larkspur, is a drug rehab in Phoenix, Arizona for opioid recovery. The center offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT), outpatient programs, and aftercare services for young adults, adults, and American Indian/Alaskan Native groups. Specialized programs are available for American Indian/Alaska Native groups, pregnant and postpartum women, and justice-involved persons.
At Community Medical Services – Phoenix on Northern, clients undergo a personalized evaluation and receive a custom treatment program. FDA-approved prescriptions, including methadone, Suboxone, and Vivitrol, are used to reduce chronic pain and ease withdrawal symptoms. Clients also receive counseling to prevent relapse.
Clients participate in individual and group therapy, peer support groups, and evidence-based approaches to promote emotional wellness and healthy daily living routines. Clients may also be referred to outside treatment centers and specialized substance abuse programs to maintain sobriety.
