Specialized services are available for adolescents, seniors, pregnant and postpartum women, and gender-specific groups.
At Cove Behavioral Health Tampa, clients are assessed and assigned to a case management team. Licensed clinicians administer methadone, Suboxone, and Vivitrol to ease withdrawal pains and reduce cravings. Clients are supervised during dosing and throughout their treatment to prevent relapse.
In addition to medication management, clients participate in group and individual counseling to address co-occurring mental and behavioral health disorders. Acute clients may be eligible for residential housing with family resources and visitation rights, while outpatient programs may include parenting classes, peer support, and emotional wellness training.
