Clinic Description
Denny Community Health Center, part of the Near North Health network, offers drug rehab services for opioid recovery in Chicago, Illinois. The center provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT), dual diagnosis care, outpatient programs (OP), and aftercare for young adults, adults, and seniors.
At Denny Community Health Center, clients are assigned a case management team. Additional strategies include nutritional guidelines, tobacco and other chemical use disorder treatments, and referrals to treatment centers in the Near North Health network.
