Clinic Description
Fola Community Action Services offers drug rehab services for opioid recovery in Chicago, Illinois. The center provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT), dual diagnosis care, intensive outpatient programs (IOP) general outpatient programs (OP), and aftercare services for young adults and adults.
At Fola Community Action Services, clients are assigned to a case management team. FDA-approved prescriptions may include methadone, buprenorphine, naltrexone, or disulfiram, to ease withdrawal symptoms and reduce cravings. Clients may also engage in counseling to prevent relapse.
In addition to medication management, clients participate in therapy at different intensity levels. Additional services can include holistic therapy, motivational interviewing, enrollment in 12 Step programs, and peer support groups. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and rational emotive behavioral therapy (REBT) are used to promote emotional wellness and healthy daily living routines.
Fola Community Action Services offers self-pay and financing options. The center accepts Medicaid and may be in-network with insurance providers, including Aetna, Beacon, BlueCross/BlueShield, Cigna, Humana, Magellan Health, Optum, United Healthcare, TRICARE, and Wellpoint.
