Clinic Description
Located in Fort Worth, Texas, Fort Behavioral Health provides behavioral and mental health services and addiction recovery support for adolescents and adults. They offer an array of gender-specific services, including medication assisted treatment, residential treatment, intensive outpatient and general outpatient programs and aftercare services. Specialized support is available for intravenous drug users, pregnant and postpartum women, and clients with co-occurring conditions.
Their MAT program is tailored to meet the needs of each client. Available services include a combination of individual, family and group therapy, and medical detox. Licensed physicians can administer FDA-approved medications, including methadone, to help clients more comfortably withdraw from alcohol, opioids and other substances.
Multi-disciplinary providers also use complementary, evidence based therapies, including dialectical behavioral therapy, to help clients understand and work through their addictions. After completing medical detox, clients will transition to another level of care as determined by their individualized treatment plan. Residential treatment includes individual and group counseling and 12 step program facilitation, while IOP services include educational programs, life skills development and relapse prevention training. Clients who require longer term pharmacotherapy can access MAT maintenance programs.
Fort Behavioral Health works with many major insurance providers, including Cigna, Aetna, Magellan Health, BlueCross BlueShield, Ambetter, United Healthcare, ComPsych, TRICARE and others. Contact your provider to verify coverage because out of network benefits can vary.
