Clinic Description
Fort Help Mission’s Methadone program, part of the Eldorado Community Service Centers network, offers drug rehab services for opioid recovery in San Francisco, California. The center on Bryant St. provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT), outpatient programs (OP), and aftercare for young adults and adults. Services are available in English and Spanish.
At the Bryant St. facility, clients undergo an evaluation and are assigned to a case management team. FDA-approved prescriptions, such as methadone, buprenorphine, naloxone, or disulfiram, are provided to alleviate withdrawal pains and reduce cravings. Additional counseling is provided to prevent relapse.
In addition to medication management, clients receive individual and group therapy for peer support and to build resilience. Services include rational emotional behavior therapy (REBT) and trauma therapy. Fort Help Mission may make additional referrals to outside treatment centers and substance abuse programs.
Eldorado Community Services Centers is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).
Fort Help Mission offers self-pay and financing options. Medicare and Medi-Cal are accepted. Eldorado Community Services Center may be in network with insurance providers such as Aetna, Beacon, BlueCross/BlueShield, Cigna, Humana, Magellan Health, and Optum. Please check your insurance provider for coverage and out-of-network benefits.
