IJEGBA Community Inc. offers drug rehab services for opioid recovery in Chicago, Illinois. The center offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT), detox, dual diagnosis care, inpatient treatment, an intensive outpatient program (IOP), general outpatient programs (OP), and aftercare services for young adults, adults, and seniors. Specialized services are available for adolescents and the LGBTQ+ community.

At IJEGBA Community Inc., clients undergo an evaluation and are assigned a case management team. FDA-approved prescriptions, including methadone, buprenorphine, naloxone, or disulfiram, may be used to reduce chronic pain and ease withdrawal symptoms. Detox can also include counseling to supplement medication management and prevent relapse.

Additional levels of care after detox can include inpatient and outpatient settings. Clients receive individual and group counseling and emotional wellness training to address co-occurring mental and behavioral health disorders. Clients may also be enrolled in 12 Step programs and other peer support programs. Referrals may be made to outside treatment centers for specialized substance abuse programs.
