Clinic Description
Institute of Supportive Services Inc. is a Joint Commission accredited private behavioral health facility located in Detroit, Michigan. The facility provides drug rehab services including medication assisted treatment (MAT) to individuals living with a drug, substance, or opioid dependence. The facility utilizes MAT and referrals to outpatient care to help teens, adults, veterans, and members of the LGBTQ community live a sober, healthy life. The Institute accepts a range of payment options including self pay, Medicaid and private insurance.
Medication assisted detox is an evidence based detox method that utilizes FDA approved medications including methadone and buprenorphine. Clients are cared for under the supervision of trained medical professionals through medication management and ongoing counseling.
Referrals to outpatient care including partial hospitalization programs (PHP) and intensive outpatient programs (IOP) allow individuals to have additional support ranging in structure and intensity. With both detox treatment and referrals, clients have access to individual and group therapy, family reunification, case management, peer support, and community programs like Narcotics Anonymous (NA).
