Clinic Description

Intensive Treatment Systems is a methadone center and clinic for medication assisted treatment for substance use disorder. This outpatient clinic for adults is located in Mesa, Arizona.

Intensive Treatment Systems offers multiple types of addiction recovery medications including methadone, suboxone, and naltrexone/Vivitrol. It also provides Narcan for opioid emergencies. In addition to meds, this treatment center offers individual counseling, group counseling, peer support groups, family counseling, integrated care, and aftercare support.

They also have same-day intake available, welcomes walk-in clients, offers transportation as needed,. There are specialized programs for veterans, women, and pregnant clients as well as clients with psychiatric needs.

They’re accredited by CARF International. It accepts all AHCCCS health plans for Maricopa and Pinal Counties, and it may refer clients to additional paid services which may accept insurance such as Cigna, Kaiser Permanente, and TRICARE.
