Jesse Brown VA Medical Center is an alcohol, drug, opioid, and tobacco rehab in Chicago, Illinois. The center offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT), inpatient treatment, outpatient programs (OP), and aftercare services for veterans and their families. nicotine replacement therapy, bupropion, and varenicline for alcohol and tobacco use disorders. Clients are monitored 24/7 and receive education for their rehabilitation.

In addition to medication-assisted treatment, clients also participate in group and individual counseling, arts and holistic treatment, outdoor and recreational activities, and family therapy. Social workers and hotlines are also available to help prevent relapse. Clients may be referred to other VA hospitals and outside treatment centers for specialized substance abuse programs.
