Clinic Description

Located in Baltimore, Maryland, the Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center Comprehensive Addiction and Pregnancy Program provides addiction recovery services for pregnant and parenting women, as well as primary care for substance-exposed newborns. Their services include medication assisted treatment, outpatient care, and aftercare services.

Their medication program helps you safely detox from alcohol and drugs while under medical supervision. Providers can administer FDA-approved medications like methadone and buprenorphine to reduce the physical symptoms of withdrawal, control cravings, and lessen the risk of relapse.

Their outpatient services include individual, couples, family, and group counseling sessions; case management; and referrals to community-based addiction recovery services. You can also participate in addiction education, family planning services, relapse-prevention training, and life-skills training. Comprehensive pediatric care, milestone tracking, and immunizations are available for pediatric clients from birth to 21 years.

As part of Johns Hopkins Medicine, they’re in-network with many major insurance providers. They also accept Medicare and Medicaid. Contact your provider to verify your coverage as out of network benefits may vary.
