Clinic Description
Kaiser Clinic offers drug rehab services, including opioid recovery, in San Diego, California. The center provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT), outpatient programs (OP), and aftercare for young adults and adults.
At Kaiser Clinic, clients undergo a personalized evaluation and are assigned to a case management team. FDA-approved prescriptions, such as methadone, buprenorphine, and naltrexone are provided to ease withdrawal and reduce cravings. Counseling and other pharmacological approaches may be used to prevent relapse.
In addition to medication management, clients participate in individual therapy. Family therapy and resources, a hotline, and an after-hours nurses’ station are available to build resilience and provide interventions. Telehealth is also available. Kaiser Clinic may make additional referrals to other Kaiser treatment centers for specialized substance abuse programs.
Kaiser Clinic offers self-pay and financing options. The center accepts Medicare and Medi-Cal and is aligned with Kaiser Permanente HMO and EPO programs. Please check your insurance provider for coverage and out-of-network benefits.
