Life’s Second Chance Treatment Center is a drug rehab for opioid recovery in Dallas, Texas. The North facility on Empire Central Drive offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT), detox, outpatient (OP), and aftercare for young adults and adults. Specialized services are available for pregnant and postpartum women.

At Life’s Second Chance Treatment Center, clients undergo a personalized evaluation and are assigned a case management team. Clinicians provide FDA-approved prescriptions, including methadone and Suboxone, to relieve clients’ withdrawal pains and reduce cravings. Additional pharmacological treatment, such as lab work and drug testing, is provided to prevent relapse.

Besides medication management, clients participate in individual and group counseling. Therapies can include holistic treatment, meditation and yoga, and life skills development.
