LifeStance Therapsits & Psychiatrists San Diego offers alcohol and drug rehab services, including opioid recovery, in San Diego, California. The center provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT), dual diagnosis, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), and aftercare for young adults and adults. Specialized services are available for children, adolescents, and veterans.

At LifeStance, clients undergo a customized evaluation and are assigned to a case management team. FDA-approved prescriptions, including methadone, buprenorphine, or naltrexone, in addition to medications to address psychiatric medications, to relieve symptoms and reduce chronic pain. Clients also participate in holistic treatment to prevent relapse.

In addition to medication management, clients may be eligible for inpatient or outpatient care. The intensive outpatient program at LifeStance provides cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), motivational interviews, family therapy, contingency management, and enrollment in 12 12-step programs to build resilience. Telehealth and educational workshops to develop coping mechanisms and life skills are also available. LifeStance may make referrals for residential care at an outside treatment center.
