Lutheran Hospital, part of the Cleveland Clinic network, in Cleveland, Ohio, offers alcohol and drug rehab services. The center provides detox, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), inpatient (IP), partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), general outpatient (OP) programs, and aftercare services for young adults and adults. Specialized services are available for children, teenagers, pregnant and postpartum women, and gender-specific groups. Language interprets, including those for hard-of-hearing clients, are available 24/7.

At Cleveland Clinic, clients are evaluated and assigned to a case management team. Acute clients may be eligible for residential or ambulatory detox, and are supervised throughout the treatment.

In addition to medication management, clients also participate in individual, group, and family counseling. Clients may enroll in 12 Step Programs to begin community reintegration while also undergoing day and evening programs to build emotional wellness and life skills. Alumni may also join support groups for long-term Suboxone recovery.

Cleveland Clinic–Lutheran Hospital is accredited by The Joint Commission.

Cleveland Clinic offers self-pay and financing options. The center accepts Medicare and Medicaid and is in-network with Aetna, Anthem, BlueCross/BlueShield, Cigna, Humana, Molina Healthcare, SummaCare, United Healthcare, and Valor.
