Clinic Description

Matrix Institute, also referred to as The CLARE Foundation, offers drug rehab services for opioid and alcohol recovery in Los Angeles, California. The opioid treatment program provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT), dual diagnosis care, partial hospitalization programs (PHP), intensive outpatient programs (IOP), general outpatient programs (OP), and aftercare programs for young adults and adults. Gender-specific groups, pregnant and postpartum women, justice-involved persons, and adolescents may receive additional services in the CLARE┃Matrix network.

Clients who participate in CLARE┃Matrix’s opioid treatment program undergo a personalized evaluation and are assigned to a case management team. FDA-approved prescriptions, including Acamprosate, ReVia, Vivitrol, Suboxone, Subutex, methadone, and other naltrexone and buprenorphine treatments are used to reduce chronic pain and ease withdrawal symptoms. Medication management includes drug screenings and educational workshops to prevent relapse.

In addition to medication-assisted treatment, CLARE┃Matrix provides individual and group counseling to address co-occurring mental and behavioral health disorders. Family therapy, community resources, 12 Step programs, and emotional wellness training are also provided at different intensity levels depending on the client’s needs. Women may be eligible for detox and up to 90 days of residential care. Clients may be referred to CLARE┃Matrix sober living programs or outside treatment centers for specialized substance abuse programs.

CLARE┃Matrix is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).

CLARE┃Matrix offers self-pay and financing options. The center is in-network with Aetna, Anthem BlueCross, Cigna, Magellan Health Network, and Optum. Please check with your insurance provider about coverage information and out of network benefits that may apply.
