MedMark Treatment Centers’ San Antonio Military facility offers drug rehab services for opioid recovery in San Antonio, Texas. The center provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT), outpatient programs (OP), and aftercare services for young adults and adults. Specialized services are available for pregnant and postpartum women and veterans. Services are available in English, French, and Spanish.
At MedMark Treatment Centers, clients undergo an individualized 2-3 hour evaluation and are assigned a case management team. FDA-approved prescriptions, including methadone and buprenorphine, are used to ease withdrawal symptoms and reduce cravings. Guest medication dosing is also available for travelers. Clients also participate in evidence-based pharmacological treatment and drug screenings to prevent relapse.
In addition to medication management, clients also receive individual and group therapy for peer support and to develop life skills. Prenatal and postpartum care, family resources, educational workshops, and emotional wellness training are also available. Programs generally last at least 1 year. Clients may be referred to additional treatment centers for specialized substance abuse programs.
MedMark Treatment Centers is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and LegitScript.
