The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania offers drug rehab services for opioid recovery in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The center on Cedar Avenue provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT), dual diagnosis care, inpatient (IP), outpatient (OP), and aftercare programs for young adults and adults. Specialized services may be available for seniors, gender-specific groups, and the LGBTQ+ community.

At the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, clients are assigned to a case management team. The center may provide FDA-approved prescriptions, such as methadone, buprenorphine, naloxone, or disulfiram, to ease withdrawal pains and reduce cravings. Additional behavioral therapies and pharmacological services are available to prevent relapse.

In addition to medication management, clients may participate in individual and group counseling to address co-occurring mental and behavioral health disorders.
