ReDiscover’s Transitions is an outpatient methadone clinic in Kansas City, Missouri. This treatment center offers medication assisted treatment for opioid use disorder, using medications methadone as well as buprenorphine and naltrexone.

The opioid treatment program at ReDiscover’s Transitions combines meds with counseling and other addiction services including intervention, cognitive behavioral therapy, substance abuse counseling, relapse prevention education, motivational interviewing, trauma counseling, anger management training, and case management. The facility treats adults and young adults of all genders, with special programs for pregnant and postpartum clients as well as clients with co-occurring disorders. Guest dosing is also available for people who are visiting the area and are part of an ongoing maintenance program in their hometown.

ReDiscover’s Transitions is accredited by CARF and is a federally certified opioid treatment program. This treatment center may accept insurance plans from select insurance providers, which may include Ambetter, Cigna, Aetna, Humana, United Healthcare, and others. Coverage and out of network benefits vary so contact your insurance provider to verify your benefits.
