Clinic Description

Midway Turning Point Community Center offers drug rehab services in Chicago, Illinois for opioid recovery. The center provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT), outpatient programs (OP), and aftercare for young adults and adults.

At Midway Turning Point Community Center, clients are assigned a case management team. FDA-approved prescriptions, such as methadone, buprenorphine, naloxone, or disulfiram, may be used to reduce cravings and ease withdrawal symptoms. Medication and pain management may be used to maintain sobriety.

Clients participate in group and individual therapy to improve emotional wellness. Family therapy and resources may also be available to promote healthy daily living routines. Referrals may be made to outside treatment centers and specialized substance abuse programs.

Midway Turning Point Community Center offers self-pay and financing options. The center accepts Medicaid and may be in-network with insurance providers such as Aetna, Beacon, BlueCross/BlueShield, Cigna, Humana, Magellan Health, United Healthcare, and Wellpoint.
