Narcotic Prevention Association is a drug rehab for opioid recovery in Los Angeles, California. The center offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT), outpatient programs (OP), and aftercare services for young adults and adults.
At the Narcotic Prevention Association, clients receive an evaluation and are assigned a case management team. FDA-approved prescriptions, such as methadone, buprenorphine, naloxone, or disulfiram, may be used to reduce chronic pain and ease withdrawal symptoms. Clients also participate in rehabilitation programs to prevent relapse.
Clients may be offered individual and group counseling, family resources, and career coaching. Narcotic Prevention Association networks with other community agencies, law enforcement, and healthcare providers to help clients form healthy daily living routines, develop life skills, and remain sober. Referrals may be made to outside treatment centers for specialized substance abuse programs.
The Narcotic Prevention Association offers self-pay and financing options. Medicare is accepted. The center may be in-network with insurance providers, including Aetna, Beacon, BlueCross/BlueShield, Cigna, Humana, Magellan Health, Optum, and Wellpoint.
