Clinic Description
Near North Health Service Corporation, also known as Komed Holman Health Center, offers drug rehab services for opioid recovery in Chicago, Illinois. The center provides medication-assisted treatment, dual diagnosis care, outpatient programs (OP), and aftercare services for young adults, adults, and seniors. Specialized services are available for children, adolescents, gender-specific groups, and veterans.
At Komed Holman Health Center, clients are assigned a case management team. FDA-approved medications, such as methadone, buprenorphine, naloxone, or disulfiram, may be used to ease withdrawal symptoms and reduce cravings. Medication management can be supplemented with counseling to help prevent relapse.
In addition to medication-assisted treatment, clients undergo group and individual therapy and emotional wellness training to address co-occurring mental and behavioral health disorders. Komed Holman Health Center may implement nutritional guidelines and health education workshops to encourage clients to develop healthy living routines. Referrals may be made to the Near North Health network and outside treatment centers for specialized substance abuse programs.
Near North Health is accredited by The Joint Commission.
Near North Health offers self-pay and financing options. Medicaid, Medicare, and Medicare Advantage are accepted, and the center is in-network with Aetna, Ambetter, Community Care, Humana, United Healthcare, Veterans Choice, Wellness, and most PPO plans.
