Clinic Description
New Hope Community Service Center offers drug rehab services for opioid recovery in Chicago, Illinois. The center provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT), dual diagnosis care, a partial hospitalization program (PHP), an intensive outpatient program (IOP), general outpatient programs (OP), and aftercare programs for young adults and adults. Specialized services are available for adolescents from 12 to 17 years old, justice-involved persons, and the LGBTQ+ community.
At New Hope Community Service Center, clients are assigned to a case management team. FDA-approved prescriptions, such as methadone, buprenorphine, naloxone, or disulfiram, may be used to lessen withdrawal symptoms and reduce cravings. Clients may also participate in counseling to prevent relapse.
In addition to medication-assisted treatment, clients participate in therapy, ranging from several hours per week to all-day sessions. Services include individual and group counseling, family therapy, and emotional wellness development. Additional referrals may be made to outside treatment centers or substance abuse programs.
New Hope Community Service Center is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
New Hope Community Service Center offers self-pay and financing options. The center may be in-network with insurance providers such as Aetna, Beacon, BlueCross/BlueShield, Cigna, Humana, Magellan Health, Optum, United Health, and Wellpoint.
