New Leaf Clinic is a private substance abuse and mental well-being recovery facility located in Louisville, Kentucky. The facility provides intervention and drug rehab services to men and women living with a dual diagnosis or opioid dependence. Care provided includes outpatient rehab and intensive outpatient care. New Leaf accepts self-pay options, Medicaid, and private insurance.

Outpatient care at New Leaf Clinic is designed to meet the unique needs of all clients. Both outpatient and intensive outpatient programs tap into medication assisted treatment (MAT) using FDA approved medications including methadone. Other treatment modalities include group therapy, individual therapy, medication management, and substance abuse recovery education.

New Leaf Clinic can also connect patients to additional community support. Individuals recovering from substance dependency often find 12 Step programs like Narcotics Anonymous (NA) provide beneficial structure during their recovery.
