New Leaf Clinic

New Leaf Clinic is a private substance abuse and mental well-being recovery facility located in Louisville, Kentucky. The facility provides intervention and drug rehab services to men and women living with a dual diagnosis or opioid dependence. Care provided includes outpatient rehab and intensive outpatient care.
