Nexus Recovery

Nexus Recovery offers drug rehab services for opioid recovery in Dallas, Texas. The center provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT), detox, dual diagnosis care, inpatient (IP), outpatient (OP), and aftercare services for young adult and adult women. Specialized services are available for pregnant and postpartum women and homeless/indigent persons.

At Nexus Recovery, clients are assigned a case management team, and FDA-approved prescriptions, such as methadone, buprenorphine, naloxone, or disulfiram, may be used to ease withdrawal and reduce cravings. Clients are monitored 24/7 and undergo motivational interviewing for their long-term rehabilitation.

Besides medication management, clients participate in inpatient and outpatient therapy to address co-occurring mental and behavioral health disorders. Services include life skills development and career coaching. Inpatient care can last up to 90 days and includes a child-development center. Referrals may be made for additional substance abuse programs in outside treatment centers.

Nexus Recovery offers self-pay and financing options. The center is in-network with Amerigroup, BlueCross/BlueShield, Carelon, Cenpaticao, Children’s Community Health, Cigna, CompCare, Humana, MultiPlan, Parkland, Scott & White HealthPlan, and Texas BlueBonnet.
