Northpoint Seattle

Northpoint Seattle is an alcohol and drug rehab, which includes opioid recovery, in Seattle, Washington. The center offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT), detox, dual diagnosis care, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (OP), general outpatient (OP), and aftercare services for young adults and adults. Specialized programs are available for the LGBTQ+ community.

At Northpoint Seattle, clients undergo an evaluation and are assigned to a case management team. FDA-approved prescriptions, such as buprenorphine and Vivitrol, are administered to relieve withdrawal symptoms and reduce cravings. Detox can last from a few days to several months. Additional evidence-based counseling is provided to discourage relapse.

In addition to medication management, clients participate in individual and group therapy from 10-30 hours per week to address co-occurring mental and behavioral health disorders. Holistic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) approaches, are available to promote healthy daily living routines. Northpoint Seattle may make additional referrals to outside treatment centers for drug abuse programs.

Harborview offers self-pay and financing options. The center accepts Medicare and Medicaid and is in network with Aetna, Boeing BlueCross/BlueShield, Centivo Embright, First Choice, Kaiser Permanente, MultiPlan, Premera BlueCross, Regence BlueShield, United Healthcare, and Uniform Medical Plan.
