Clinic Description

Nulease Medical Solutions is a state licensed drug and alcohol treatment facility located in Louisville, Kentucky. The facility works with teens and adults living with a co-occuring diagnosis or a drug, alcohol, or substance use disorder. Clients will have access to outpatient rehab and methadone medication assisted treatment (MAT). Nulease accepts self pay and private insurance.

Nulease Medical Solutions supports individuals who are entering detox through methadone MAT. This evidence based treatment option utilizes FDA approved medications like methadone which allows clients to cope with withdrawal symptoms. Licensed medical professionals oversee MAT medication management so that detox happens safely and in a calm and positive environment.

As clients exit detox, they can move into outpatient care programs that help them further navigate the road to sobriety. Supports in outpatient care include group and individual counseling, therapy with licensed professionals, and substance abuse education.
