Clinic Description
Perfectly Imperfect provides addiction recovery services for adolescents and adults in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Their gender-specific services include medication assisted treatment, an intensive outpatient program, and aftercare services, including specialized services for adolescents, clients on probation, clients with PTSD, and clients with co-occurring conditions. Telehealth appointments may be available.
Their medication services are tailored to the individual needs of each client. Providers can administer FDA-approved medications. One med is methadone, which helps you overcome the physical effects of your withdrawal, reduce cravings, and minimize risk of relapse.
Their outpatient services are based on a whole-client recovery model with holistic and evidence-based therapies that help you understand your addictions and identify triggers. That way, you’ll develop life skills for long-term recovery. Individual, group, and family counseling are provided. Holistic treatments include fitness therapy, wellness classes, yoga, and acupuncture. There are also evidence-based treatments like motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, community reinforcement approach, seven challenges, and the matrix model. Providers can refer clients to community resources. These can be housing assistance, medical facilities, and employment assistance programs, to support continued recovery.
