Pilsen Wellness Center

Pilsen Wellness Center, located in Chicago, Illinois, is a drug rehab for opioid recovery and co-occurring mental and behavioral health disorders. The center offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT), detox, inpatient and outpatient services, and aftercare for young adults and adults. Clients with mental health disorders and intensive medication management needs may be eligible for inpatient stays.
