Clinic Description
Portland VA Medical Center is a SAMHSA certified facility that provides behavioral health drug rehab services to individuals with a dual diagnosis or a dependence on alcohol, drugs, opioids, or prescription medications. The facility provides care to veterans and their family members through outpatient care, medication assisted treatment, and aftercare support. They accept self-pay options and private insurance.
