Clinic Description

Quapaw Counseling Services is an alcohol and drug rehab, including opioid recovery, in Miami, Oklahoma. The center provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT), outpatient programs (OP), and aftercare for young adults and adults. Specialized services are available for American Indian/Native Alaskan groups.

At Quapaw Counseling Services, clients are evaluated and assigned an individual treatment plan. FDA-approved prescriptions, such as methadone, buprenorphine, naloxone, or disulfiram, are provided to ease withdrawal pains and reduce cravings. Clients also receive evidence-based counseling and traditional healing practices to prevent relapse.

In addition to medication management, clients participate in individual and group therapy, peer support, and spiritual healing to develop life skills and healthy daily living routines. Clients may also receive periodic drug testing and referrals to outside treatment centers for specialized substance abuse treatment.

Quapaw Counseling Services offers self-pay and financing options. American Indians may be eligible for services under Tribal Member Health Benefits plans. Please check your insurance provider, such as Aetna, Beacon, BlueCross/BlueShield, Cigna, Humana, Magellan Health, Optum, and Wellpoint, for coverage and out-of-network benefits.
