REACH Health Services came into being in the early 1990’s as a National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA)-funded project. Founded by Dr. Joseph V. Brady in Baltimore, Maryland, REACH (Recovery Enhanced by Access to Comprehensive Healthcare) Health Services program is an outpatient, substance use recovery program. As one of the recognized methadone clinics in Maryland, REACH Health Services is committed towards delivering treatment for substance use disorders that are accessible to all – irrespective of race, age, gender or whatever.
