Clinic Description

REACH Health Services came into being in the early 1990’s as a National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA)-funded project. Founded by Dr. Joseph V. Brady in Baltimore, Maryland, REACH (Recovery Enhanced by Access to Comprehensive Healthcare) Health Services program is an outpatient, substance use recovery program. As one of the recognized methadone clinics in Maryland, REACH Health Services is committed towards delivering treatment for substance use disorders that are accessible to all – irrespective of race, age, gender or whatever. This methadone clinic Baltimore delivers overdose response training, medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and substance use disorder treatment. REACH Health Services also employs Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-approved medications eg. Narcan™ to treat individuals, therefore suppressing the opioid epidemic in the community. Being in the list of widely known methadone clinics in Maryland, REACH Health Services realizes the effects of continued usage of opioids in the society and works relentlessly with its competent clinical staff to curb this epidemic.
