Star Center

Star Center is an accredited substance addiction recovery facility located in Detroit, Michigan, that provides drug rehab services to individuals living with an opioid, substance, or drug dependency. The facility serves men, women, and members of the LGBTQ community through medication assisted detox, Opioid Home Health Program (OHH), and counseling services. They accept self pay options, Medicaid, Medicare and private insurance. Some clients may also qualify for available financial aid and sliding scale payment assistance.

Star Center provides methadone medication assisted treatment (MAT) to individuals living with an opioid dependency.
