Seven Counties Services

Seven Counties Services is a private Joint Commission accredited community health center located in Louisville, Kentucky. They provide mental health and drug rehab recovery services. The facility caters to teens, men, and women living with a dual diagnosis or a substance, opioid, or alcohol dependency. Clients have access to inpatient care, outpatient care, and medication assisted detox. Seven Counties Services accepts self-pay options, Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance.

Seven Counties Services offers a range of supports for individuals navigating detox. Clients have access to medication assisted treatment (MAT) with the use of FDA approved medications including methadone. Detox takes place in stable recovery housing where clients are under the care and supervision of experienced medical professionals. Care at the recovery center generally spans between 30 and 45 days, and the facilities are separated by gender so that individuals can recover in a safe and positive environment.

As clients exit detox, their recovery continues through outpatient and intensive outpatient programs. For individuals who need additional support or round-the-clock care, referrals can be made to appropriate inpatient treatment services.

Throughout inpatient and outpatient care, clients will be taught different coping mechanisms, substance abuse education, and other tactics that will support them during their treatment and recovery. Clients will also have access to group and individual therapy, counseling services, and other support.
