Clinic Description

Sound – Capitol Hill offers drug rehab services for opioid recovery in Seattle, Washington. The center provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT), intensive outpatient (IOP), general outpatient (OP), and aftercare programs for young adults and adults. Specialized services are available for adolescents, the LGBTQ+ community, homeless/indigent persons, the hard of hearing, and non-DUI justice-involved persons.

At Sound-Capitol Hill, clients are evaluated and assigned to a case management team. FDA-approved prescriptions, including Suboxone, are provided to ease withdrawal pains and reduce cravings. Other evidence-based pharmacological treatments are used to prevent relapse.

In addition to medication management, clients partake in group and individual therapy, motivational interviews, and emotional wellness training. Life skills development, social services in housing, and career coaching are available through cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) approaches. Telehealth and teen programs are also accessible. Sounds may make referrals to other Sound facilities or to outside treatment centers for substance abuse programs.

Sound – Capitol Hill is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and the National Council on Behavioral Health.

Sound offers self-pay and financing options. The center accepts Medicare and Medicaid and may be in network with Aetna, Beacon, BlueCross/BlueShield, Cigna, Humana, Magellan Health, Optum, and Wellpoint. Please check your insurance provider for coverage and out of network benefits.
